At The Races

The Champion Project

The Champions Project

The Champions Project was conceived by At The Races to raise money for the Sir Peter O’Sullevan Charitable Trust. The project worked as follows:

Photographs of all living Champion National Hunt and Flat jockeys and trainers were taken. Then a limited run of prints were individually signed by the jockeys and trainers. A second run of reproduced signature prints were also produced.

The Brief

The prints were marketed on national television and in the press so consequently there was a requirement for a company to efficiently carry out the order processing and fulfilment.

The Solution

Curwood CMS were appointed because we were able to provide a comprehensive service for this project.

We developed and provided the following services:

  • Setting up an online shop for customers to view the products and place orders.
  • Processing online and telephone orders.
  • Packing and dispatching orders.
  • Providing customer care by telephone, email and post.

The Result

The project has been a great success and has already raised a significant amount of money for charity.
